MRI Microscopy Biofilms: Investigating Proliferation
This lecture will explore the advancements in MRI techniques specifically tailored for biofilm imaging.
Participants will gain insights into the challenges of biofilm visualization, learn about novel imaging approaches for enhanced clarity and accuracy, and discover how these advancements can be integrated into clinical and research settings.
Learning Objectives
- Explain the structure and function of 3D biofilms and their applications in MRI, identifying at least three specific uses.
- Summarize at least three recent advancements in spectroscopic characterization techniques and their implications for research.
- Describe the correlation between biofilm imaging and combined nuclear magnetic resonance techniques, providing examples of how this relationship enhances understanding in the field.
